As a new resident at Marvel 29, you’ll receive a St. Johns Neighborhood Passport. Visit each spot on your passport and get a stamp. Bring your fully stamped passport to the Marvel 29 leasing office to claim your re-useable water bottle.

In addition, here are a few tips for greener living:
  • turn off lights in rooms when not in use
  • take shorter showers
  • use dishwashers and clothes washers only when full
  • turn water off while brushing teeth
  • donate items instead of throwing them away
  • use second‐hand products, or products with recycled content
  • use reusable shopping bags
  • reduce paper waste (e.g., cloth napkins instead of paper towels)
  • use unbleached coffee filters and paper towels
  • opt out of junk mailings Recycle your recyclables
  • use nontoxic, biodegradable detergents and cleaners
  • keep heaters and vents clear of furniture, rugs, etc.
  • buy furniture and accessories with low VOC content

  • source seafood from sustainable seafood programs
  • participate in a Community Supported Agriculture (CSA) program
  • bike or walk for short trips
  • carpool or use public transportation (Bus 16 stops right outside)
